Version 2.0

•Major user interface enhancements for a more streamlined look and feel.

•Integration with Google Spreadsheets. You can now import/export your tasks to Google spreadsheets allowing for a simple backup solution as well as rapid data entry for tasks.

•Manual re-ordering of tasks (and tags/contexts). You can now manually re-order tasks in the user defined custom lists. The summary lists (“Overdue”, “Today”, “Upcoming”, “All”) will automatically sort tasks based on the relative sort order of the underlying tasks.

•Due date for lists. You can now specify a due date for individual lists. This allows for greater control of projects that have a specific due date. The underlying tasks will default to the list due date unless overridden with a task due date.

•Lists will now be disabled (grayed out) if they have no active underlying tasks thus allowing you to quickly identify and focus on what’s active.

•Selectable columns for task email. A new setting now allows the selection of attributes to include/exclude in the task email.

•Default font selection for notes. The task notes now have a default font setting allowing you to select the font type and size of the note text.

•“Select All” button in task view. While in “Edit” mode in the task view you now have the option to select all tasks at once.

•Updated task email format for a cleaner look and feel.

•New prompt when deleting lists to specify whether underlying tasks should be deleted or moved to the “inbox”.

•Tasks in the “Today” list and calendar view no longer display the due date due to it’s redundancy.

•Many other minor user interface enhancements and fixes.

•Now includes a full screen note viewer. Simply touch the document icon on the task list to view your note in full screen mode. This also reduces the number of steps required to navigate from task to note from 3 "clicks" to 2 so you can be more efficient while reviewing your tasks.
