Create a new list or modify existing lists

To create a new list touch the “New” button. Then enter a list name and optionally specify whether the list should be passcode protected. Touch “Edit” to modify the list properties such as list name, passcode protection, and list order.
Date based lists
In this section tasks are automatically categorized based on their due date. The upcoming list is user configurable to any forward looking time frame.

Inbox
The Inbox acts as a temporary list for tasks that you may not yet have categorized.

Passcode protect individual lists
Protect your personal data with a passcode. Lists can be marked “public” or “private”. Private lists require a passcode to unlock and view. You can even specify an option to automatically engage the lock when you exit the application.

Custom user defined lists
Create as many custom lists as your desire. The “All” list conveniently displays all active and uncompleted tasks from all lists.

Create a new task or action multiple tasks

To create a new task touch the “New” button. Touch “Edit” to put the task list into multi-select mode. In multi-select mode you can select multiple tasks at the same time to delete, move or email.
Priority indicator and task check mark
This circular icon to the left of the task is a dual purpose icon. It serves as both a color coded priority indicator as well as a check mark to mark the task as completed.

Task Calendar
View all of your tasks in a convenient monthly calendar format. Each date cell displays the number of active tasks for that date. Simply touch the cell to view the task list for that date.
Tags and Contexts
If you’re a GTD® devotee you can make use of the contexts and tags feature in Nubi Do. The Tags/Contexts view automatically categorizes your tasks by their associated tags and contexts. You can even assign multiple tags and contexts to each task.
Task Details
Each task can optionally be assigned a multitude of properties such as priority, due date, due time, alert, recurrence, notes, tags and contexts.
Task Search
Have too many tasks in your lists? Use the live search view to search for tasks with keywords in the task title or attached notes. The search list automatically refines itself as you type.
Application Settings
Nubi Do contains a myriad of settings to allow fine grained control of how the application behaves so you can configure it to best suit your personal tastes and preferences.
Passcode protection
Have data that you want to protect from prying eyes? With Nubi Do you can passcode protect individual lists.
Action multiple tasks
Easily delete, move or email multiple tasks at the same time.

Full screen note viewer
Attach free form notes to any task and view them in a full screen note viewer. The note viewer automatically recognizes and creates links for email addresses, web addressed and phone numbers.
